What happens in a Session?
A typical Spiritual Energy Medicine Mentoring Session lasts from one and a half to two and a half hours.
The session begins with a discussion and questioning about the nature of your issue. Then I will utilize various techniques from NLP, Energy Medicine, Mysticism, and Shamanic coaching to help you unlock the energy and stories keeping you trapped in old, outdated ways of being. With this support, you can release yourself from the Ego and let Light in, freeing you to be and experience so much more.
